What types of motors do you repair and service?

We specialize in repairing motors ranging from low to high voltage, up to 13.8 kV and 1 to 50,000 HP. For smaller motors, however, we often recommend replacement, as repairs may not be cost-effective.

Do you provide on-site services for motor repair and maintenance?

We offer on-site inspections and repairs whenever possible. However, certain motor repairs require specialized tools and equipment that cannot be transported. In such cases, the motor would need to be shipped to one of our facilities for servicing.

What industries do you specialize in?

We service much of the major Oil and Gas producers and auxiliary industries. We have extensive experience in the Mining, Agriculture, Steel Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, and Pulp & Paper Industries. That said, we can work with just about any industry.

Do you offer predictive and preventative maintenance services for motors?

Yes, we have a dedicated team of highly skilled Technical Services Field Technicians ready to visit your site for inspections, on-site repairs, and predictive maintenance. Our approach includes using advanced diagnostic tools, such as PdMA, Electrical Signature Analysis, and Flux Probes (along with other tools), to accurately assess motor performance and identify potential issues before they lead to failure.

Do you provide warranties on motor repairs or maintenance?

Yes, we offer a standard one-year warranty on all repaired motors. Additionally, if a motor is repaired and an Electrical Signature Analysis monitoring contract is signed, we provide extended warranty options. This ensures long-term reliability and added peace of mind for your operations.

Do you offer specialized services for high-voltage motors?

As a low to high voltage motor repair facility we do provide specific testing on medium and high voltage motors. This includes surge testing and high voltage electrical testing.
